TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
Chemspunge® Wound Dressings:

Chemspunge® Wound Dressings DEVICES CONSIST OF SACHETS FILLED WITH A FORMULA CONSISTING OF SELECTED SILICA GEL 0,7 GRANULES MIXED WITH P V D SALT.

SILICA GEL ATTACHMENT:  Ineos Silica's Limited Warrington England WA5 1AB.

THE SACHETS ARE MADE OF A HIGHLY ABSORBENT PERFORATED PERMEABLE FABRIC THAT DOES NOT STICK OR ADHERE TO ANY SKIN OPENING OF WOUNDS OR BURNS.

The formula is packed loosely in the sachets,  and has a hydrophilic absorption capacity which autolysis necrotic tissue into fluids,  through osmotic pressure.  Through this process it draws the fluids through the fabric,  into the SILICA GEL FORMULA AND RETAINS IT.  In this process it has proven that bacteria explode in the formula.  The sachet acts as a filter,  which then pass the excess fluids into a absorbent fluff dressing, designed to cover the size of the wound or burn area.  If the sachet is used as a cavity plug it is advisable to cover the wound with DONORAID WOUND DRESSINGS to retain the amount of fluids escaping the wound.  If the SACHET is not adhered to an absorbent pad,  IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED WHEN SATURATED.  It will change colour when saturated from pale yellow to dark orange, of from white to pale pink.

Absorption of exudates by Silica Gel Formula refers to the collection of liquids.  IT IS MEASURED BY THE DIAMETERS OF THE PORE AND SURFACE TENSION OF THE EXUDATE.   (This Silica Formula was developed and tessted not to harm healthy tissue, nevrves and veins) (Please do not use any other type of Silica Formula on a open wound.)

According to Markall Brand Silica Gel the relationship between the capillary force (positive or negative) inside the silica formula, the surface tension of the exudates, the degree of wetting of the formula by the exudates and the size of the granules is as follows:

FOODSTUFF ADDITIVE SILICA GEL (SG 33)

Foodstuff Additive Silica Gel is a kind of inorganic-macromolecule gel, made from polycondense silica aces.  It has plenty of tiny pores inside and considerable surface area.  (Pore Diameter: 80-100A)

Surface Area:  300-500m@/g,  it has a hydrophilic surface that performs a strong water absorption function,  e.g.  it can hold 80%-100% water of its own weight,  so foodstuff class silica gel can be used as a foodstuff additive,  medicine desiccant.

The potency of the forces locked up in the formula is evident when compared with body fluid forces like systolic blood pressure of 16 kPa and capillary filling forces of 4kPa

The Mechanism of the Device is extremely simple.

The wound produces exudates at a rate V1.  The exudates with associated bacteria is absorbed (irreversibly) by the formula in the permeable sachet,  and passes through it at the same rate (V2=V1).  Upon reaching the formula,  the exudates with the associated bacteria are absorbed at a rate V5,  which is much faster than the rate of supply.

When this happens,  the absorption process stops until more moisture is supplied by the wound,  and then it repeats the same procedure.

Osmotic pressure is stimulated by high suction potential;  moisture migration between the formulas takes place continuously in an attempt to equalize the hydrophilic potential of the formula in the sachet.  There is no driving force to force the exudates to leave the formula.  All bacteria carrying exudates are entrapped in the formula where bacteria explode.  The bacteria in the wound bed are removed with the exudates

Atmospheric oxygen can circulate in the interstices of the loose stacking of the formula with locked in exudates to keep the moist wound aerated.

Wounds and Burns treated with
Chemspunge® Wound Dressings.  devices show a four to six fold increase (depending on the status of the wound and frequency of dressing changes),  in the activity of the growth enhancing proteins,  notably the enzymes histidine decarboxylase and ornithine decarboxylase,  as well as in the amino acid hydroxyprolene and in RNA when compared to wounds healing under sterile conditions.

CYCLIC ABSORPTION.

As a result of the fact that the rate of removal of exudates is greater than the rate at which exudates is supplied to the wound,  the contact between the absorbed exudates is separated from the fresh exudates which is continuously produced to replace the absorbed exudates.

The newly produced exudates contain new growth factors and dilute the noxious components on the wound bed that are known to retard wound healing.  As soon as the excess fluids are removed there is less pressure on nerve endings, which contributes to ease the pain.  In the same time is the fluids lifted which was forming a barrier between the blood flows to the wound exudates to allow granulation tissue.  This process also prevents the colonization of micro organisms.

Usage:  Mainly used a liquid adsorbents,  drier and perfume carriers,  also may be used as catalyst carriers,  silica sands,  etc 

The mode of action is tested natural,  the formula is Hydrophilic it disintegrates necrotic tissue through osmotic pressure and moves it to the dressing.  Thereby assists the body to perform natural healing.  Everything needed to perform healing is present in the blood, such as:  Nutrients, macrophages and leucocytes to promote healing and kill bacteria.  The object of the exercise is to remove what is not needed by the body to perform a natural inherent process.

During the research it became clear that advance swabbing and cleaning of wounds disturbs the debridement phase, as necrotic tissue is anchored to the healthy tissue and cannot be removed by swabbing.  Osmotic pressure Autolysis (disintegrates) the strands, and lifts the fluids to the formula.  In the case of surgical intervention,  it might be difficult to distinguish between healthy and necrotic tissue.  In the process,  damage might be done to healthy tissue,  veins,  nerves and muscles.  In the process a very limited area might still host necrotic tissue which allows bacteria to multiply.  After surgery the blood flow is cut off as well as increased the wound size.

The risk remains that bacterial protein toxins and free radicals can be present in the blood flow.  Antibiotic prescribed treatment cannot ridge the wound exudates as the blood flow has been cut off.   It was found the less a wound is disturbed, the sooner it heals without scaring while treated with

SeptiCure® Burn Dressing formula consists of Silica Gel Light Yellow Silica equivalent to Chemspunge® Wound Dressings. BUT,  without P V D salt.  WHITE colour.

PRIMARY BURN CARE TREATMENT. 

BURNS ARE NOT A SEPTIC WOUND,  BUT,  CAN BECOME SEPTIC IF NOT TREATED CORRECTLY TO PREVENT INFECTION.  Always seek medical attention.

Research has proven that first aid treatment is mostly essential to prevent infection as well as to reduce shock and trauma to the burn victim.  No surgical debridement,  scrubbing or bathing was necessary.  No tap water was allowed into open wounds or burns.

SeptiCure® Non-Stick Burn Dressing BURN TREATMENT WILL INDICATE TO THE SURGEON AT WHAT STAGE TO INTERVENE SURGICALLY.  SeptiCure® Non-Stick Burn Dressing PREVENTS INFECTION.

The Cool burn spray contains only the natural aromas inherent to the essential oils they carry.

WAS DEVELOPED TO EASE THE PAIN AS WELL AS TO SEAL THE BURN AREA FROM ATMOSPHERIC TOXINS AND BACTERIA PENETRATION.

SeptiCure® Non-Stick Burn Dressing,  is Hydrophilic,  as soon as the dressing is applied it will act to disintegrate the necrotic tissue through osmotic pressure without disturbing healthy tissue,  veins,  muscles or nerves

The mode of action taking place removes excess fluids and reduces pressure on nerve endings.  The natural action creates an environment less acceptable able for bacteria migration, as well as to prevent sepsis.

By treating burns with
SeptiCure® burn dressing it clearly indicated the difference between 2nd and 3rd degree burn areas.  In the case of 3rd degree burns no slough was lifted to the wound surface,  only a black scab became thicker after every dressing change.  This can be removed surgically to enhance the debridement stage.  It is advisable to continue with the dressing until all sloughs and necrotic tissue is removed, as soon as granulation tissue is visible it is recommended to perform a skin graft,  if necessary.


MATURATION STAGE AFTER BURN TREATMENT IS ESSENTIAL TO PREVENT SCARING.


DURMO SPRAY WAS INVENTED TO RESTORE THE ELASTICITY OF THE SKIN AND CONTRIBUTE TO NATURAL HEALING WITHOUT SCARING.

COMPOSITION: 

MATRICARIA CAMOMILLA,  CALENDULA OFFICINALIS,  LAVENDULA OFFICINALIS CLYCLOPIA INTERMEDIA, JOJOBA,  PURIFIED WATER AND THICKENER.

BURN TREATMENT 2nd DEGREE BURNS.

No scrubbing or bathing of burn areas is necessary by using
SeptiCure® burn dressing.

By treating 2nd degree burns NO BLACK SCAB will be visible,  only slough and excess fluids will be transferred to the dressing.  After the debridement stage is completed,  DonorAid Wound Dressing MUST BE APPLIED TO COMPLETE THE GRANULATION STAGE.  ANTI SEPTIC SPRAY can be applied while treatment commences with DonorAid Wound Dressing.

DonorAid
Wound Dressing:  INERT non-adherent,  non stick wound dressing.  Consisting of a natural fluff fiber made from paper pulp and adhered to a polyethylene/PET backing to prevent seepage.  The pad is covered with a sterile non adherent PES material.  



RESEARCH ON PRIMARY BURN TREATMENT

The formula has lifted excess fluids which shorten the inflammatory phase of the wound or burn from 4-5 days to 48 hours.  It created an environment less acceptable for bacteria growth.

As soon as the de-sloughing stage was performed,  it was visible that the dermis and epidermis layers of the skin has repaired to such an extent that no skin graft was needed.  Minor 3rd areas were treated.  This will be recognized as shown on our video.

While burns was tested pseudomonas and Streptococcus A,  positive,  the Dressings has lifted the slough in a green slough colour to the wound dressing,  without scrubbing or bathing the wounds or burns the dressings completed the debridement stages of all burns and wounds.

Prescribed antimicrobial treatment seem to be a waist,  as the excess fluids has formed a barrier between the blood flow and wound exudates.  In the process by lifting the barrier (fluids) the wounds started bleeding slightly and granulation took place.  No contracting of muscles was reported.

PATIENTS SUFFERING FACE BURNS have not lost their identity. 

PSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECTS DURING BURN TREATMENT.

Patient suffered physiological effects after burn treatment has reduced to zero,  as none of the patients was traumatized due to debridement of wound or burns.   The body was resting and less pain killers,  antimicrobial agents and Physio treatment was necessary.  The patient started to exercise as soon as the edema was lifted,  due to less pressure on nerve ending.  It was possible to move over a very short period.

No bathing or scrubbing is necessary.  Allow the patient to rest.  The product will indicate when to intervene surgically.   This way of treatment prevents damage to healthy tissue,  veins, nerves tendons and muscles. 

The devises does not adhere to the burn and is designed to fit the front and back of a body in a form of a vest.   The dressing can be strapped on the shoulders with adhesive tape.  More different sizes are designed to treat any size burn.
