Many medical products are described by their manufacturers as "miracle cures."   Cape Town inventor and manufacturer, Susann Chalmers,  is convinced that her wound dressings were inspired by Divine invention and the millions of burn victims that she has helped cure would probably agree with her.

Susann started her company, Steriworld Wound Care Laboratory in Somerset West,  near Cape Town,  18 years ago and registered it as a Research & Development operation.  The discovery of Chemspunge wound dressing evoked wide spread global interest.  Articles were published in various magazines in 1996,  but that was only the beginning of a long way to launch her range of final approved products.  During the time she has been honoured with six awards,  including the Woman Inventor of the Year 2000 as well as the IMPEX GOLDEN AWARD in Pennsylvania USA.

The 2000 award encouraged her to develop five more patented products,  each of which might have earned her the accolade of South Africa's unsung heroes.  The uniqueness of the products and all her inventions,  so she believes,  were revealed by God Almighty.

"For many decades,  researchers failed to find a proper solution for the treatment of burns and septic wounds.  Children were normally discharged with psychological effects due to traumatizing burn treatment results.  Many burn victims contracted infections which could have been prevented and will be with Chemspunge® or SeptiCure® Burn Dressings,  which are now available following international protocol trials."

The trials have confirmed that patients heal without scars over a very short period and infection and psychological effects are nullified.

Septicure® Burn dressing is a non-stick dressing as all the other products.

COOL BURN SPRAY is a Natural spray and invented as a first aid treatment to any burn area to alleviate pain.  This product is a must in every household as well as the ANTISEPTIC SPRAY.
