Chemspunge® does not contain any Antimicrobial agents. The formula does not touch the wound directly as it is hidden in a sachet between layers of Hypo Allergenic Materials classified and tested by APTEC USA as Natural Products.

No advance cleaning of wounds.
No additional agents to be used with Chemspunge®
Remove the previous dressing and apply Chemspunge® Wound Dressing.
Make sure the perforated side faces the wound area.
Secure with a Crepe Bandage or adhesive strapping.
Do not use pressure stockings when commencing treatment with Chemspunge®. Use a normal crepe bandage.
Dressing changes when saturated until the wound stabilizes. Thereafter, 24 to 48 hourly.
In the case of heavy exudating wounds, it is advisable to change dressings frequently until the wound condition stabilizes.
During the granulation phase it is recommended to change dressings every 2nd day.
It is advisable to perform skin grafts or a flap transplant in the case of large open wound areas to enhance the healing process.
FIRST AID PRIMARY BURN TREATMENT
BURN TREATMENT is a complex situation. Always seek Medical attention.
The patient suffers pain and shock.
Research has shown that no scrubbing or bathing should be performed when treating burn victims.
Surgical intervention, at the wrong stage, causes damage to healthy tissue, tendons, veins nerves and muscles. It is more traumatic for the patient than the accident itself to scrub and bath the patient in water containing a detergent. The risk is that the patient might be allergic to the detergents in the water and the bath might not be clean and bacteria free. By scrubbing burns creates a Physiological effects to the patient.
No contracting of tendons was reported as the patients starting to exercise after 2-3 days as soon as oedema was lifted from nerve endings.
FIRST AID BURN TREATMENT

Septicure® is a Hydrophilic wound dressing. It Autolysis necrotic tissue and moves it to the dressing irreversibly through osmotic pressure to prevent pressure on nerve endings.
Septicure® burn dressing will indicate to the clinician at what stage to perform surgery.
Septicure® must be changed as soon as saturated, to enhance the debridement stage in the case of 2ndand 3rd degree burn areas.
In the case of 3rdDegree Areas, a black scab will move to the wound surface which must be surgically removed in the case of 3rd degree burns.
In the case of 2nd degree burns, no black scab will be visualized, only slough. Thus no skin graft is necessary after desloughing 2nd degree areas.
Continue with Septicure® until the debridement stage is completed and granulation tissue has reached skin level in the case of 3rd degree burns. At this stage it is appropriate to perform a skin graft if necessary.
DONORAID wound dressing was created to cover donor area skin grafts or scalds.
Use DURMO SPRAY and DONORAID dressings to complete any wound treatment until the maturation stage is completed.
Patients must at all time prevent sun tan for the first 6(six) months.
DURMO SPRAY
Dermatitis is a complex situation and in some instances more than one application is necessary, including attention to ones diet and stress levels. DURMO SPRAY may alleviate itching and assist the body in ridding itself of the outbreak. It is safe enough to use for any age group and after the third month of pregnancy.
DURMO SPRAY can be used for -

Pain and inflammatory skin to control infection
To assist rapid healing of the area in a stable, infection free environment.
Reduces the risk of infection.

PSORIASE SPRAY is a natural product and lays a perfect platform for the relief of pain and rapid healing in dry skin conditions.
PSORIASE SPRAY can be used for the treatment on rashes, skin irritation and acute eczema. This spray may alleviate itching and assist the body in riddling itself of the outbreak. It must be stressed that although this spray will give relief, Psoriasis is a complex problem and attention must also be given to stress levels and diets, as it cannot be cured from the outside.
