Letter and Pictures sent by Carina Britz
I was born in 1963 with 'Van Lohuizen' which affects both my feet due to poor blood circulation. This in turn causes slow healing wounds on both feet.
From before my first birthday throughout my life I've tried everything that the medical profession had to offer and even some treatments that family and friends recommended.
I have acted as guinea-pig in state hospitals, various professors trying different experimental treatments, myself at one stage having spent six months in HF Verwoerd Hospital, Pretoria.
Most treatments did not work and at best kept the wounds stagnant and bearable.
By the end of 2008 I had a new wound covering both sides and the rear of my Left ankle, the Achilles tendon included, the wound starting from the bottom of my sole.
I started using Chemspunge wound dressings on that wound and within eights months that very large wound was healed. This I consider a miracle, as with any other treatment known to me, healing only occurs after years if not decades of slow progress and utmost patience.
Currently I am using Chemspunge wound dressings on three remaining wounds on both feet, the wounds respectively 36y, 26y and 11 years in existence.
It is with great thankfulness to the Lord that I am witnessing healing, and for the first time in decades I have hope for complete healing.
And a special thanks to Mrs Chalmers.
Most great full,
Carina Britz
